Montreal Biosphere Museum

The Montreal Biosphere is the only museum in North America dedicated solely to the environment – its mandate to raise awareness and encourage action on environmental issues. NGX has worked closely with the Biosphere to create a large-scale, immersive, and experiential interpretive space that explores the dynamics of urban ecosystems. Ambitious in scope and content, the breathtaking new space leaves a lasting impact on visitors.

Using Montreal as a model of an urban ecosystem, the centerpiece exhibit allows visitors to dive deeper into this concept through a custom-designed interactive game that features an eye-catching 3D model of Montreal, complete with cutting-edge projection animations that respond directly to game-play. A personalized RFID-driven profile allows visitors to cater their experience at all points of the exhibit, while an interactive 360-degree fresco film circling the entire space explores the key features of ecosystems.
